Pros

Learn principles and concepts that are applicable in personal and professional development

Cons

Franchise owners and trainers are fake, especially their training methods and methodology Hypocrites who don't practice what they preach Cold call all day with little success - big waste of time Don't do any marketing - rely wholly on graduate referrals If you want to win an award in one of the classes, be prepared to share a sobbing story Too rigid, they don't know how to relax and have fun Clicky, especially if you are new to the organization and takes a while for them to let you in Very territorial, competing against other sales associates in the office Very secretive, don't like to reveal too much The successions are very much like an AA meeting but on steroids - somewhat hocky
