Pros
Incredible group of people no matter which team you work with. Their culture is unlike anything I've had before - you're a human being first and an employee second. I personally got to experience this as I was going through an extremely difficult pregnancy. The amount of support I received across the board is something I will be forever thankful for! Management is wonderful. Everyone is free to contribute ideas/suggestions, and they're very open to giving new things a try. I personally had never had a sales role prior to this one, but their trainings and guidance were extremely helpful, and they work with you to develop those skills! Expectations are not unrealistic whatsoever. Having an off month? They're there to help with whatever you need to turn it around! And this attitude goes all the way up the chain.
Work is very flexible - the company is fully remote. There is one in-person company meet-up once a year (one additional in-person meet-up in January if you're in sales/customer success), and it's probably the most fun I've ever had with my co-workers!
I grew so much with this company in such a short amount of time. I respect their values, and the direction the company is going. They're truly making the world a better place!
Cons
The only con stems from an aspect that is actually a pro! Being fully remote is wonderful - My only suggestion was adding another company meet-up during the year to get together a little more!
