A good way to start your career in Hospitality as it is quite easy to get a job with them
Cons
Very low pay, not too much support for the employees, no training provided, benefits are not actual benefits: the medical insurance offered is a joke, they charge $194 for the cheapest one every two weeks...think of a housekeeper who's check is between 500 to 600, that's outrageous.
