Pros
Decent enough pay and annual raises(if they feel like it but its not a lot), Job Security, Occasional Discounted rooms and opportunity to advance to a certain level but no further. Its an easy but repetitive job that when things go well everything is bright as rain.
Cons
Work/life balance, Calls on your days off, Management refuses new ideas or criticisms and on bad days or weeks it feels like walking through landmines.
