Cons
All about metrics. Patients are just numbers and values on a spreadsheet. Welcome to the DaVita Matrix. Less and less personal over the years. Now half the calls to IT or other internal departments are forwarded to a call center with difficult accents and people who don't know the company or how to address issues, so every issue has to be escalated which adds days of delays. They are more interested in profit than anything else, and keep cutting hours and "asking" employees to flex off or use PTO. 36 hours per week are not guaranteed anymore.
