Pros

Great company to work for. Managers really care about improving your skills

Cons

Since the housing market has a lot of waves, you see the sales reps struggle when the wave is low and they are trying everything they can to bring in clients and nothing happens. And the schedule isn’t great. Associates are off two weekends a month and reps only get one weekend a month off so it’s hard to plan things when you don’t get weekends off
