They began by asking in detail questions about my projects. Mainly, projects about Web development because they wanted someone to redo their whole website. As a result, they asked about UI/UX design, how to properly inspect a website, MERN and NoSQl /relational databases.

Not high pressure. Its a laid back process, however, can be competitive. Main thing they look for that you will be a good personality fit for the team and able to perform your task above average.
