      Great to hear that you found your work rewarding. The security measures -- which are designed to uphold our regulatory commitments and protect both our employees and our firm -- have been tested to ensure they don't interfere with operations, so that should not have been an issue!

      Pros

      DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

      Cons

      You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
