      At DRW, you can work with some intelligent people on some very challenging issues. DRW has a fast-paced environment that can provide some great experiences. DRW also has some good health benefits and has free lunch and snacks.

      Cons

      Quality management and planned career development are non-existent depending on which department you are in. Opportunities for growth depend highly upon your manager and who you are friends with within DRW.

      DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

      Cons

      You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
