Pros
One of the biggest reasons to work for DRMP is professional development. I started my career at DRMP over 20 years ago and have worked my way from an entry level position, to management and most recently to Vice President. If you are loyal, work hard, have integrity, treat others with respect, show initiative, and lead by example you will have the opportunity to grow at DRMP. You are mentored, encouraged and challenged all the time. Things are constantly evolving, for the better, and moving forward due to firm growth and the caliber of professionals we hire.
Cons
There is no "perfect" place to work. The many positives about DRMP definitely outweigh the few negatives. This is one of the reasons why DRMP has 30 employees who have worked here for 20 years or more, as well many "boomerang" employees. These are employees who worked for DRMP in the past and have returned because the grass wasn't greener on the other side.
