Pros

Pay is ok, Health benefits are alright but that's about it.

Cons

You're an outsider from the beginning and employees who've been there for several years outweigh anything you bring no matter having decades of experience. Trilon weighing on Executive Leadership crushes the talent causing extremely high turn over and low retention. DRMP has the highest turnover rate of all Trilon owned firms. Priority of safety over production is nill with a huge E-MOD Rating, they'll never land large Federal Opportunities due to high amount of industrial claims. Lastly, from Senior to middle management, obsessive and oppressive micro-managing kills motivation to do your best or excel at all....and of course it's all who you know in each office. Don't look for advancement opportunties here.

Occasional company events are cool

Cons

Leadership stuck in old/outdated methods. Too much pressure put on the wrong employees; put more pressure on the hiring managers and make them lower the turnover rate. There's only so much HR can do
