Great Company, Rough Leadership - Anonymous employee DMI Employee Review

VP was TERRIBLE. She was a bully, zero work life balance, and would give work as if we were students in school. Ex: Presentations, Show and Tell, etc. She enjoyed giving busy work. Also, if you were about to take off any days of work for PTO she would overload you with work to almost even out the days you would be out. She belittled us and would not trust us with anything. There was ZERO autonomous work. Without her the team would have been great. She was a major pain to deal with on a day to day basis. On top of that, many people went to HR to come forward about the issues on the team, and they did not take them seriously. In a way, they turned it around blamed it on "company pressure" and made it seem as if we were the problem.
