      Really employee friendly, flexibility, great people, lots of growth opportunities, quality product development, Good work-life balance, Provides a sense of job security, Provides work satisfaction

      Cons

      No cons as such. But would really like to see the company going forward leaps and bounds. Once the company bigger, the pay will also increase proportionately.

      Pros

      They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.
