      Pros

      I have worked for around 1.5 years and the experience was really great. I made some great friends. People are very open to communicate. Managers will listen to you. No unwanted politics or work pressure. It follows standard software development methodology and practices which makes work really pain free.

      Cons

      Need lil more Autonomousity for India. Higher more senior technical resources.

      Pros

      They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.
