Pros

Over the last 4 years, I was able to witness the exploding growth at DMI, and be a part of a virtually infinite learning lab powered by ace gurus in the industry. DMI’s organizational beliefs are extremely employee-first, which is reflected through its convivial and supportive work culture, competitive compensations and top-notch perks. Yes – life is fast paced at DMI (this is no place for sloths), but never humdrum – you will get to work on different types of projects, meet and collaborate with new people and teams spanned across the globe. Employees are the soul of DMI! They are duly recognized and rewarded for their efforts, and are encouraged for cross training and personal development. Work-life balance could be a bit of a task, especially if you become workaholic (which is true for most around here). Colleagues and supervisors are fun-packed, friendly and supportive, and teams strive to exceed clients’ expectations and inspire the ethos. Birthdays are dutifully celebrated! Amongst a heap of benefits is the all-inclusive, employer-paid healthcare plan, employee life insurance plan and ample holidays and paid vacations to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Significant pros - - Treasure trove of learning - Honest, empowering and supportive management; awesome colleagues - Top-notch perks and benefits To summarize my experience with DMI in a single word - it’s been ‘high-octane’!

Cons

One thing DMI lacks is that of providing on-site opportunities. Being a global conglomerate, one would expect frequent on-site visits; unfortunately, that’s not a part of the spread as of now. Another element missing is that of company-sponsored (higher) education or certifications. Cons - - Less recreational activities (viz. outings and dinners) - Rare to none on-site opportunities - Employer sponsored career development

Pros

They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.

Cons

Honestly, I have no complaints.

Pros

Pay on the program I worked on was good. A few pockets of good teams at corporate (finance and hr)

Cons

The culture of the company changed drastically over the past 5 years to one that I can't support. Zero support from the C-Suite and no corporate reach back. Two months of no reply to consistent emails to the C-Suite for support. Years of escalations of issues on the program were met with silence as the money was flowing in. Once it stopped, they were shocked. Rewarding only yes men or yes women instead of those sacrificing for the contract. If you gossip to the C-Suite and don't question, you'll be rewarded. Even a high level senior leader made a considerable amount of money for years but literally lied about Financials and what work his team did. How does that happen?!
