Pros

Some decent travel opportunities, okay perks like very cheap satellite TV service,

Cons

Company is very disorganized and doesn't care about it's employees at all. Several reorganizations in terms of company structure as well as products and services offered in a short amount of time. I worked there for just over 5 yrs in the same position and had 7 different managers. At one point our manager was fired and we had no manager at all for 3 months, but there was also no adjustment to processes that required managerial approval. Little room for promotion if you're remote. Little incentive for employees -- no healthy living programs, no gym access or fitness center at the HQ, badge swipes are heavily scrutinized, Benefits are mediocre at best.

Pros

Work from home is the only pro I can think of

Cons

They don’t provide any equipment aside from the computer itself. They mislead you during the interview and job description. You are paid according to price of product sold and close rate however it’s all inbound calls and you can not call back. The inbound calls are lousy, people who don’t even have a $1 on a card in order to do the eligibility check, or no card at all.. poor credit which leads to higher out of pocket costs. I think only a handful of times I couldn’t overcome the spousal objection or the just shopping objection. Those I will take responsibility for but if I’m getting calls from people who don’t have a card or don’t have a $ or don’t have the money to put down OR already have an account or is a mis-transfer or were passed along because the technicians have to make referrals even though the customer isn’t actually interested in the product yet the tech makes them still call.. that’s crap and it’s not real sales.
