No time off in your first 90 days. You’re penalized for calling in sick(it’s a call center). Never worked for a place so micromanaged. You have to get permission to go to the bathroom. No managers around when you need help. The calls you have no control over affect your payout so if they’re already a customer and you answer guess what? No sale and it tanks your numbers. If a call goes into your break or lunch it goes against you. Favoritism is clearly noticeable. The place is a revolving door with employees either quitting or getting fired for these impractical rules set in place.
