      Pros

      Starting pay is reasonable, most people on the lower levels are great and will try to be helpful.

      Cons

      This company is hanging on for dear life, how it's managed to stay afloat while it's operating at loss is beyond me. I was forewarned that this isn't a good place to work with reasons ranging from micro-managing, high-pressure demands with unrealistic timelines and no on job training or support. All of these were true but there are so many other issues this company faces I simply don't have the time to elaborate. Last point, their "benefits" are sadly laughable. I cannot believe what their health insurance package is. It's bizarre how such a large company can offer utterly useless insurance package.

      Work from home is the only pro I can think of

      They don’t provide any equipment aside from the computer itself. They mislead you during the interview and job description. You are paid according to price of product sold and close rate however it’s all inbound calls and you can not call back. The inbound calls are lousy, people who don’t even have a $1 on a card in order to do the eligibility check, or no card at all.. poor credit which leads to higher out of pocket costs. I think only a handful of times I couldn’t overcome the spousal objection or the just shopping objection. Those I will take responsibility for but if I’m getting calls from people who don’t have a card or don’t have a $ or don’t have the money to put down OR already have an account or is a mis-transfer or were passed along because the technicians have to make referrals even though the customer isn’t actually interested in the product yet the tech makes them still call.. that’s crap and it’s not real sales.
