All employees are required to swipe their badge in before 9 am (after 8:59 am is considered a late arrival and cause for termination). Expect to see a heard of employees running into the office from the parking lot around 8:55 am every day. Work hours are tracked down to the second with executives disciplining numerous employees for arriving a couple minutes after 9 am, even when unforeseen circumstances were the cause.
