Pros
Dish Network is one of the highest paid call centers in the area....they try (sometimes) to build morale by holding potlucks and having incentives about once a month.
Cons
1. Scheduling is a HUGE problem. No notice given, mandatory over time and no flexibility with scheduling. 2. Updates are daily and poorly communicated. 3. There is no balance. One moment they are focused on QA, the next AHT and the next CSAT. They seem to only approach problems once they exist. 4. Very unorganized and unsanitary bathroom conditions.
