Pros
Performance incentives for the employees, wage adjustment to most supervision but not really, if you are not a supervisor part of the mob or supporting unethical behaviors such as quality and performance data manipulation, then you did not get an adjustment, only those that say yes to all poor management decisions or actions that you know are ethically wrong. Wow who promotes this favoritism? I think corporate should look at these bad decisions or you might be staring at some legal issues!
Cons
Unqualified lower management, clueless and inept HR management. Favoritism and no confidentiality from lower level managers. Supervisors are treated like hourly employees, special perks for those who sponsor what's so called the jr mob!!!!!!!
