- HR policies are strict and a decade behind when it comes to workplace flexibility, benefits, and diversity/inclusion - diversity at corporate is dismal; particularly for women and men of color, you will be one of very few (if any) faces of color on your teams - C-suite leadership promotes a work culture that puts productivity and bottom line above employee health and benefits - lean company; this is a pro/con. No “dead weight” on teams, but it’s considered normal for most individual contributors to be stretched very, very thin. Work/life balance is not easy here.
