Pros
The benefits are pretty good, they have plenty of incentives to take advantage of if you work hard for them. Pay differentials eliminate taxes to a point. Break room is amazing.
Cons
Advancement is limited; policies and rules restrict your ability to control your metrics. Customers are hard to work with. Training isn’t sufficient enough to when you get out on the floor there isn’t enough resources to prepare new agents for certain scenarios. Either that, or your support is missing when you need it most.
