Pros

Uncapped commission, management, training, teammates

Cons

flawed metrics that seem to reward people who take shortcuts. constant changing of what's being prioritized. PA status that penalizes people for having a bad stretch. some reps will get 20-25 calls each day while others get 2-3 and are still expected to hit certain metrics. time off is too difficult and being a minute late is punished even if you've never been late.

It is rewarding to hear that you have found success with our uncapped commission structure and that you've had a positive experience with your management team and training program. Having a strong support system of teammates makes a significant difference in the daily work environment, and we are glad that has been a highlight for you. We also recognize the frustrations you’ve shared regarding performance metrics, call volume distribution, and our attendance policies. Our goal is to maintain a fair and balanced environment for all representatives, and your feedback regarding how these priorities shift is helpful as we look for ways to better support our team’s consistency. We are always looking for ways to refine our processes to ensure hard work is rewarded equitably. We truly value the dedication you bring to the role and are committed to evolving our workplace based on the honest insights provided by our employees.

Pros

Work from home is the only pro I can think of

Cons

They don’t provide any equipment aside from the computer itself. They mislead you during the interview and job description. You are paid according to price of product sold and close rate however it’s all inbound calls and you can not call back. The inbound calls are lousy, people who don’t even have a $1 on a card in order to do the eligibility check, or no card at all.. poor credit which leads to higher out of pocket costs. I think only a handful of times I couldn’t overcome the spousal objection or the just shopping objection. Those I will take responsibility for but if I’m getting calls from people who don’t have a card or don’t have a $ or don’t have the money to put down OR already have an account or is a mis-transfer or were passed along because the technicians have to make referrals even though the customer isn’t actually interested in the product yet the tech makes them still call.. that’s crap and it’s not real sales.
