-Ridiculous turnover rate: The elephant in the room that upper management never addresses. In the past year, probably 85% of the employees have left. The general tenure of most employees is a year or less. Creative department has seen 4 Creative Directors in the last 2 years. Most employees are contractors who are brought in under the guise that they are in a trial period and if a good fit will be converted. Management has continued to dangle carrots in front of longtime contractors (6months+) with no offer, or in one case rescinding an offer. Little, if any, desire to incentivize employees to stay. Recent trend of hiring has been people bringing in people they know, creating a growing culture of nepotism. -Upper management hires employees without ANY feedback from that person's would-be direct reports. Or management takes the feedback and blatantly ignores it. -Many employees are expected to do the work of 3 employees -Currently little room for growth. Part of the reason for the above. Very little structure in titles, so you're given a general title and expected to do everything under the sun.
