      Pros

      Used to have nice perks but leadership squandered funds and business sorely suffered. Fellow employees were nice to work with but they all left.

      Cons

      Business should have been a success. Well capitalized from investors, started when market had bottomed out and property was at its cheapest but leadership was incompetent. Cancelled field employees health insurance with no notice and then laid off all employees in the division a few months later.

      - Portfolio of incredible projects in multiple states - Self-made mentally perfect for driven individuals who like autonomy - Exposure to all types of investors: family offices, funds, institutional, etc. - 360 approach of real estate (acquisition, development, design, CM etc.)

      Cons

      - Best suited for entrepreneur minded individuals - High-pressure environment - typical of NYC development firm
