      Pros

      The people at this company are phenomenal. With such a small organization, everyone is willing to help each other and support each other in work and personal matters (i.e., time off, not in an overstepping way).

      Cons

      The company is very small so the management is not the most organized. It is difficult to establish a SOP, and the pay is very low for the workload at points.

      Pros

      Some coworkers were kind, cool people; good company to start and learn some things; decent benefits; pretty solid work-life balance - not being hassled outside of work hours.

      Cons

      Starting salary was low and even with years of experience and loyalty there, salary was still lower than market average; felt manipulated into 1099 “contract” pay to start and had to work hard to get converted to full-time employee; no reward for extra work; laid off employee’s work gets dumped unto other employees; coerced all employees to take vaccination for fear of job loss
