Pros
Some coworkers were kind, cool people; good company to start and learn some things; decent benefits; pretty solid work-life balance - not being hassled outside of work hours.
Cons
Starting salary was low and even with years of experience and loyalty there, salary was still lower than market average; felt manipulated into 1099 “contract” pay to start and had to work hard to get converted to full-time employee; no reward for extra work; laid off employee’s work gets dumped unto other employees; coerced all employees to take vaccination for fear of job loss
