Pros

Nothing good has come from this company since Cyncly bought the company and started the propaganda campaign to artificially inflate profits before they do a bait and switch on some unsuspecting investment firm

Cons

Firing key staff doing the actual work across the company and replacing with cheap low cost foreign labour. adding a huge overhead of non-producing management to make it all look amazing and spending much money on marketing while firing all the staff so that they can increase profits with lower cost while raising prices. Those that built the products gone with no benefit while new managers take bonuses for destroying livelihoods.

Pros

Good peers, a cooperative vibe, and coworkers who are willing to share knowledge.

Cons

Inconsistent communication from leadership regarding vision and financial direction. Recurring layoffs around the holiday season over the past several years have impacted morale and trust.
