Hello, Thank you for your honesty, and for the many years you gave to Cyncly — eight to ten years is a significant commitment, and we genuinely appreciate that. We're sorry your experience ended on a difficult note. Organisational change can be unsettling, and we recognise that when it affects teams and projects people have invested in, it can feel abrupt and disheartening. That's not something we take lightly. We wish you all the best in what comes next, and thank you for sharing your perspective — feedback like this helps us reflect on how we can do better. The Cyncly Team

We know getting up to speed across a broad product portfolio can be a lot to take in, and it's something we're always looking to make easier for people starting out. Pros

Inclusive, some great products, good co-workers. Good message and strategy. Benefits and vacation time are also decent. Very good if you're hired in Lisbon, Sao Paolo or Kochi.

Cons

Not good if you're in the US or Canada, where it's expensive. Lots of layoffs. Struggling to grow with a lot of operational issues. People departing due to customer complaints. Can't execute on the strategy. Growth dependent on poor macroeconomic climate.
