- Offer flexible timings (As of now, Young energetic management is planning to make this shift based, so i may place this in cons later on) - Salary are always on time (last business working day of month) - Company is shifting itself from technology based to Domain based which is a good thing
Cons
- If we compare to head to head with a standard MNC, the policies and culture fails big time. - The company still have the Sandwitch Leave Policy which 90% of companies have abolished. - The company has does not have a concept of CL and Sick leave. It only gives a 16 PL which is ever far less than a standard MNC leave policy of 22 PL, 10 CL, 7 Sick leave and 2 floating leaves for birthday and anniversary - The company has only 90 degree review process for increments compared to 360 degree. Hence the senior/lead/manager have a greater advantage to the increments. - No study of exit interviews . People leave and still no change. - Various complains of manager shouting
