There is no pros. Earlier before covid there was no cons. However now only cons. are there. What cons you may see below.
Cons
1. Management approach is only when ur female you have good growth and if you are bespoke with Management you will get 30% increment, unless ur job title and roles and responsibilities are not done but you will get coz u are female and second is you are bespoke. Micromanagement is now too much. I know everywhere is Micromanagement but in this organization CORPORATE POLITICS Level at no par. Cfo and HR both have their own rules and regulations follow if they want to hire you they may asked you dnt need any letters just come and join will never asked ur reliving letters and all you can join immediately but when you put it down resign and other organization may ask you for immediately join then they have their own policy create that wl not give any letters and etc..etc.. MD & Founder never trust you if you are gentleman but yes if you are woman you will be praised.
