      Really ambitious and fast-paced place. Has an incredible career growth opportunity Has an open door policy; everyone is accessible to everyone, including senior executives.

      Cons

      Too fast-paced, whereby the time it takes to prepare collateral for a product makes it already outdated. That sometimes you wish that things were a bit slower.
