Poor Leadership = Poor Company Culture - Line Service Technician Cutter Aviation Employee Review

Pros

The job is easy most of the time

Cons

Company culture is extremely miserable. CFO micromanages the soul out of general managers who in turn micromanage their location grooming a poor culture and diminished morale. Managers are poorly educated and trained in their areas. There is constant understaffing, turnover is a problem and HR doesn't seem to be concerned.

Pros

Cutter Aviation does an amazing job of making everyone feel welcome and at home. Since I joined, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to build a career and keep moving up. What I love most is that when there’s a clear issue in operations, you don’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get things done. Upper management actually listens to the people on the ground and takes action, which makes it feel like your voice really matters.

Cons

None. They do a great job

Pros

Great General Manager and Line Manager Good benefits Great Clients

Cons

Shift Supervisors need more training in leadership and problem-solving The bonus system was very weak . Long days in non-air-conditioned trucks . Once it gets over 100º on the field, it becomes a bit more dangerous due to the heat.
