Poor Leadership = Poor Company Culture

The job is easy most of the time

Cons

Company culture is extremely miserable. CFO micromanages the soul out of general managers who in turn micromanage their location grooming a poor culture and diminished morale. Managers are poorly educated and trained in their areas. There is constant understaffing, turnover is a problem and HR doesn't seem to be concerned.

Qatar has some of the most amazing employees and friendly environment that helps you succeed in your career.

Cons

sometimes at the weekends would be really long and we would have to work overtime and would not know that that was going to be happening so it came out of nowhere otherwise the job was perfect and I loved it.
