Pros

Customertimes is a great place for long-term professional growth. I have had the opportunity to work on meaningful mobile projects, improve my iOS development skills, and collaborate with strong engineers and managers. The company provides a stable environment, respects expertise, and gives developers enough ownership to make technical decisions.

Cons

As with any growing company, some internal processes can sometimes be improved, especially around communication between teams and reducing unnecessary bureaucracy. However, these issues are not critical and do not outweigh the positive experience.
