Cons
Higher management is so shameless.They are always trying to make fool of employees. At the time of joining HR tells you something but after joining he just changes his word. BAS team is worse having a hand-tied manager.He tries to do good but has no authority to take decisions and always overruled by the shameless COO. The COO is so shameless that for saving 200 INR he would compel you to board a flight at 3'o clock in the morning and expect you to be at the office in the morning. For payouts he will make you wait for six months and in the last would tell you that they are unable to release funds whatever worse your situation is. Join here only if you don't have any job and you don't dare to find another one.
