- wellness credit kept health insurance payments very low - decent PTO deal - will provide severance if laid off

- directionless and vague leadership - inflexible stances on taking remote working days in unique situations/emergencies - mandatory weekend availability - no opportunities for promotion or switching roles (since entire departments kept being laid off)
