The tech is always broken, nobody knows what's going on, nothing ever gets fixed and nobody cares about it Senior management team is hamstrung between an ineffective lower-level management team that has been promoted on tenure rather than ability; and an exec team that has absolutely no idea what is going on Exec team cannot ever agree on the direction of the company, are often moving in different directions Office is a cesspit A genuinely rubbish work culture- don't expect to be inspired by colleagues' work ethics or abilities.
