Initial screening call with HR followed by an interview with two team members.
Interview was very formal and not conversational even at the beginning it was just open the call and straight into questioning. Didn’t get a good vibe from the lead interviewer; didn’t seem like he wanted to be there at all.
Received ridiculous feedback. Asked to see interview notes and was ghosted on request.
Multiple rounds - screen, motivational, technica rounds, system design, behavioural and culture fit at the end. Lots of different people, not too difficult technical round - easy/medium lc-type of algorithm that you walk through
