Great work-life balance. In my function at least, the team is friendly and passionate. This creates a great environment to work in. Generous benefits and compensation. So far, I admire the communication efforts of what various departments are doing and prioritising. I feel like there is opportunity to succeed here. There are also opportunities to pursue your niche. I get on with my team so well. Amazing bunch. Top class equipment.

In my role, lack of robust onboarding/training structure (although this is very difficult to get right in a remote role with a diverse and self-managed workload.) Management has the right intention and attitude to help. This is more of a warning to those who don't thrive in this type of environment. You have to be motivated and take responsibility for your own onboarding.
