In my opinion the LakePharma acquisition was a mistake and management never really understood what they were buying. In September 2021 6 sites and 235 employees joined but 2.5 years later only 2 sites remain open with maybe 75 people. This extreme cost cutting means no investment in innovation or instrumentation and most work is being done by hand. High prices, increasing competition, and a lack of leadership have resulted in an underperforming business.
For a 3300+ person company the marketing department is a joke
HIGH TURNOVER in all departments = HUGE RED FLAG
Private Equity owners = only care about profits and will likely close or sell off more sites this year
Talk with some former employees before accepting a job
