Don't think this is software related. Treatment from HR is worst just like labour. No values for software developers. No salary on time. Management also supports to HR people only. All are reference candidates with low performance. Maybe it will accomplish like a US based company... But here shared service from India will behave like a consultancy. No communication maintained with on site people. No value for software developers. Only fake people can survive there.. I came out from this organisation with in 50 days.
