Pros

Impact on Healthcare: You aren't just selling a tool; you’re helping solve the physician shortage. Doximity Talent Solutions allows hospitals to connect with the right doctors quickly, which ultimately improves patient care. The "Gold Standard" Product: Doximity is the largest professional medical network in the U.S. (over 80% of U.S. doctors are members). It is much easier to be proud of your work when you are providing a platform that is the undisputed market leader. Data-Driven Innovation: Because the company is tech-heavy, you have access to incredible data insights that other recruiting firms don't have. This makes your outreach smarter and more professional Mission-Driven Values: The company culture emphasizes "Getting Stuff Done" (GSD) and being "Humility-first." You get to work with high-performers who are also genuinely kind and collaborative.

Cons

Not a con if you are a top performer High Expectations (The "GSD" Culture): Because the company moves fast and is a market leader, there is a high bar for performance. It can be a high-pressure environment where you are expected to hit ambitious targets consistently.

Pros

Location is ok and office is new.

Cons

I would highly suggest to get employment lawyer, record everything, have documents and to protect yourself from management. If i didn't have a death in the family i would of proceeded with my lawyer but he understood why. I can't stress enough some department don't even know what they're doing nor have knowledge of there own field. A manager stated "Privileging and credentialing is the same thing".... Anybody with experience and knowledge know that's not correct. That department is a joke.
