      Years ago it was a great place to work

      Cons

      Everything! Bad management, overlook toxic work environment, retaliation from managers, lowest paying factory around if you work on the shop floor. Insurance stinks, gets more expensive every year, but covers less and deductible is higher. Shop floor people get treated like trash. CEO made 45 MILLION last year but they can't even give a cost of living raise.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
