      Great pay and great vacation

      Major issues trying to go into the truck side of repairs talking weeks to get simple things like brake shoes and leaf springs also the lack of customer for 6 months they put the shop techs on 2 day work weeks dues to just no customers

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
