      Pros

      Senior Leadership is clear on mission, values and long term goals. Ability to move around frequently within or across functions. Stock performs well so 401k is good. We are a great corporate citizen and live out our values

      Cons

      Work life isn't always great. Base salary is lower than industry. HR processes are long and cumbersome

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
