Pros
Incredibly intelligent people to work with. Very intense projects, great opportunity for learning. Relatively easy to move within technical functions, especially if you're a mechanical engineer. Great work/life balance, depending on the function you're in.
Cons
Pay is not competitive. Lay-offs are becoming too common place. Competitive to the point of back-stabbing in some groups, not all groups.
