      Good health benefits and salary.

      Cons

      The management is pathetic and lacks a set of good managers. No growth opportunities whatsoever. A disaster waiting to happen with many senior managers sitting at the top with over 30 years of experience at Cummins and no sense of technical knowledge. If they have to throw you out of the company, they will irrespective of how good your performance was.

      Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

      Cons

      Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
