Pros

- very serious about cultural diversity - generous in sponsoring H1B visas (2nd highest concentration in the US per capita) - great place to raise children - Everyone is very friendly and agreable - Chance to get involved in a lot of projects

Cons

- All locations are be in remote small towns except for Beijing, Wuhan, and Pune offices - Senior leadership appears to lack a long term vision, and bows to Wall Street analysts - Six Sigma has morphed from being a useful tool set to being a cult. Meanwhile the practitioners are ignorant of basic statistics. - HR considers engineers to be a commodity, and does not hire "the best and brightest." As a result, many of the best people have simply left out of frustration, and HR has just shrugged their collective shoulders.

Pros

Work from home, flexibility, paternal leave policy, pension plan

Cons

Pay is low and has not kept up with inflation. Leadership is only DEI hires, and they do not seem to understand the actual work being done. They are making life miserable for employees by adding unnecessary KPI's and performance tracking to make a name for themselves within the senior leadership. No loyalty for employees, they will let you go in the blink of an eye if the business struggles.
